資料刪除指示

如果您曾使用 Google、Facebook、LINE 或電子郵件登入正陞網站，您可以要求我們刪除與帳號相關的個人資料。

如何申請刪除資料

  1. 請寄信至 contact@cheng.com.tw。
  2. 信件主旨請填寫：「資料刪除申請」。
  3. 請提供您登入本站使用的電子郵件，以及登入方式，例如 Google、Facebook、LINE 或 Email。
  4. 若您曾建立訂單或詢價紀錄，請一併提供訂單編號或聯絡電話，方便我們核對身份。

處理方式

我們收到申請後，會先確認申請者身份，並於合理工作時間內刪除或匿名化可刪除的帳號資料、登入紀錄與行銷聯絡資料。

若資料因法律、會計、交易紀錄、保固或爭議處理目的必須保留，我們會依必要範圍保存，並限制其使用。

Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Google, Facebook, LINE, or email to sign in to Cheng Sheng, you may request deletion of personal data associated with your account.

  1. Email us at contact@cheng.com.tw.
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include the email address used to sign in and the login provider, such as Google, Facebook, LINE, or Email.
  4. If you have placed an order or submitted an inquiry, include the order number or contact phone number for identity verification.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account, login, and marketing-contact data. Records required for legal, accounting, transaction, warranty, or dispute purposes may be retained only as necessary.
